Crane PulleyThese have been more efficiently used in many of the cranes where load criteria is the big factor & above all to reduce the sliding effort for wire ropes these pulleys have easily replaced Cast iron / mild steel etc. These has not only helped in ease of installation but have increased the life to almost 2 to 3 times the life of metallic pulleys. Belt GuidesThese are one of the important area where there misalignment of belts could be the problem in the plants & would also create loss when the belt form its tack move out of the way so in order to keep it in proper alignment SKIRTINGS or BELT GUIDES has to placed to avoid the spillage of material from the belts. These can be applied in various ways pertaining to the application & industry. These could also be converted into roller guide for belts. |

| Impact PadsIn low or negligible impact areas, these low friction pads act as a slider bed. The belt runs flat and smooth, aiding belt training and transfer point sealing. For conveyors handling fine material, the spillage clean-up cost is appreciably reduced. Installation of pads can be done on existing idler frames, using only a retrofitting support base. |

| Scrapping SystemThese are ideal torsion-elastic bearings for all types of conveyor belt scrapers. The unique characteristics of these elements allowing a pretension of +/- 30° and offering a nearly linear spring rate are predestinated as belt preserving and automatic acting scraper suspensions. Neither shear mounts, nor rubber bushings are offering similar properties. The relatively big operation angle of this unit is one of the main reasons. Belt connection clamps and vulcanized repairs along the belt require from the scraper bearing an immediate deflecting of the blade in fractions of a second to avoid damages on the belt surface. This element folds the scraper out, compensates the impact with its damping capabilities and is repressing the blade immediately on the belt. |
